Hi, I’m Clancy!

I'm a Creative Director, Filmmaker, and Explorer with a mission to help others.

I believe that showing audiences different places and ways of life reminds them to be empathetic global citizens.

I started in documentary, making films about social issues, dissent, travel, and the environment. Today I bring that same instinct to brand work, concepting, writing, and directing live-action and animated work as Creative Director at Clum Creative.

I hope my work inspires others to understand people and do their part to help build a more compassionate society that is full of wonder.

I've made work for brands including Daou Winery, G.U.M., The Goddard School, The Original Mattress Factory, and U Brands, and my documentary and journalism work has appeared with TIME, the Smithsonian, BBC News, MSNBC, and the Associated Press.

I'm based in the Queen City: Cincinnati, Ohio.
